SystemJar is billed per user, per month, and you only pay for the systems and seats you use. South African customers are billed in Rand and international customers in US Dollars, with a free trial on paid systems.

Yes. International customers are billed in US Dollars and pay by card through Paystack. Your currency is detected automatically when you sign up, and you can change it before you start.

Through SystemJar's invoicing you can collect from bank accounts via Netcash debit orders and DebiCheck, and take card payments with PayFast and Paystack — locally and internationally. With the customer's consent a card can be stored for automatic recurring collection.

Yes — paid systems come with a free trial. You add a payment method up front so your service continues seamlessly when the trial ends, and you're only billed after the trial period.

Yes. With Collaboration you can invite people from other companies as guests to chat, meet by video, and work on tasks together with your team.

Access is managed per user and per system, so people only see the systems and sections they should. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest.
